With the mission to design and engineer wheel projects that are competitive and impressive in both scope and scale, World Wheel Company has accomplished this feat and developed wheel concepts that are tailor made for local cultures and climates, always with extremely strong commercial viability.
We are currently supporting our sister company World Wheel Company (Newcastle) Ltd. in the development of the ‘Giants on the Quayside’ on the world-famous Newcastle quayside. This concept, featuring the iconic Whey Aye, will soon become Europe’s tallest Giant Observation Wheel. This project will deliver numerous benefits to the local area including quayside regeneration, significant economic stimulus, 800 new jobs, and several bespoke educational programmes.
